Remakrs Authors : Mr. Pushkar pursued his Research Master Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from Germany under DAAD fellowship program. In addition, he has achieved also an internationally honoured Master Degree in Public Administration from TU, Nepal. Further, he has more than a decade long special academic and professional works expertises on research and management issues of insurgency, conflict, terrorism, security affairs, administrative reform, governance, service delivery, political analyses, democratization and more. His conducted research works are very productive and dynamic which has been already appreciated by various governmental and non governmental institutions. He often writes scholarly and semi-scholarly articles on various crosscutting issues especially with relevance to developing countries. Currently Mr. Pushkar is working in Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of Nepal and also contributing in more than dozens of national and international nongovernment organizations.
